- jump on your motor bike
- ride between a parked bus and a tipper truck
- stop the bike in front of the tipper truck
- put your foot down, exactly at the time that the tipper truck takes off
- make sure your foot is under the front tire of the tipper truck, then twist your leg in a 45 degree angle
- let the tipper truck drive on
- your ankle is broken
