10 Things I Hate in (other) Hotels
Well, this is a good reading for every wannabe hotel owner: Tony Wheeler, co-founder of Lonely Planet, has listed the 10 things he hates the most in hotels.
Well, I have never had preset alarms, the lighting was mostly ok (or I just didn't really expect better in some rural areas) and my stairs never disappeared. But then again: I am also not yet experienced as Mr. Wheeler :-)
Especially those preset alarms, I can really imagine the frustration...
Another nice entry of a Lonely Planet-blog: the see-through airplane.
